Known as "The Rochdale Referee".

Paul Harrison, known as The Rochdale Referee, served 10 years as a football league referee.

He is the first football referee from Rochdale in over 30 years. Paul has also officiated in excess of over a thousand football matches in his career which spanned over 21 years, and throughout his career his was referred to as the ´smiling Assasin´.

Paul was also the only referee ever to send-off Peter Shilton, England´s most capped International Goalkeeper.
